Tenant Qualification
Peak Property Management conducts a thorough screening of prospective tenants. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to be first in line, a fully completed application packet must be received by all applicants over the age of 18.
Tenant Application Packet Materials:
Application
Proof of income for past 60 days
Copy of driver's license or valid government-issued ID
$30 application processing fee per applicant

Tenant Qualification Guidelines:
Minimum credit score of 630
No prior evictions, judgements from previous landlords, or balances owed to past landlords
Positive personal references
Clean background check - some felonies may be approved on a case-by-case basis
Minimum monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent - 3 times preferred
